What’s your return policy?

  • As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, Customer has to courier the parcel back to us for exchange.
  • We recommend using ‘Speed post’ as your courier service. Avoid using any premium courier service that cost more than Rs 150/-
  • Delivery of new parcel will take 10-15 working days once the old parcel is received and checked by our quality testing team.
  • We do not have refund policy.

What is the expected delivery time?

  • Orders from Funkfeets takes 10-15 working days to deliver a parcel to your destination. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions etc.).

Yes, Our Product is completely washable providing not to use brush during wash and the color won’t fade away when it come in contact with water.

what are the shipping charges?

We Don’t take shipping charges from customer if he/she pays online. Only COD will require charges as per courier services.

How do i cancel/Edit my order?

  • Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled anytime by mailing us on
